Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. All approved returns will be processed against a non-expiring store credit of equal value, which can be used toward any future purchase.

Once the item reaches us and passes quality checks, your store credit will be issued.

A return shipping fee applies per product and is based on weight:

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Requesting a return or exchange is easy and fully online:

Go to your customer account → Request Return Link

Enter your email ID

Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

Go to the ‘Orders’ tab

Select the order you want to return or exchange

Click the ‘Request Return’ button

Choose your reason for return/exchange

Add any notes (e.g., preferred size/style for exchange)

Submit your request
Our customer service team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
