Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. All approved returns will be processed against a non-expiring store credit of equal value, which can be used toward any future purchase.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in new, unused condition

  • All tags and labels must be intact

  • The product must be returned within the return window

Once the item reaches us and passes quality checks, your store credit will be issued.

Return Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)

A return shipping fee applies per product and is based on weight:

Exchanges

Need a different size or a different style? No problem — you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Options

  • Size Exchange for the same product

  • Style Exchange for another product of the same value

Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be in brand-new condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Once the returned product reaches us and passes quality checks, we’ll dispatch your replacement product.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Requesting a return or exchange is easy and fully online:

  1. Go to your customer account → Request Return Link

  2. Enter your email ID

  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

  4. Go to the ‘Orders’ tab

  5. Select the order you want to return or exchange

  6. Click the ‘Request Return’ button

  7. Choose your reason for return/exchange

  8. Add any notes (e.g., preferred size/style for exchange)

  9. Submit your request
